Consultations and treatment involve a separate discussion with your clinician, including the assessment, consent and instructions appropriate to your care. Sending a website enquiry does not begin treatment.

Appointment requests and availability

Submitting the booking form sends an appointment request. Our team will contact you to confirm the specialist, consultation format and available time. A successful form submission is not a confirmed appointment.

Clinic opening hours and individual specialist schedules are different. Please check the relevant doctor’s timings and confirm availability with the clinic before visiting. Schedules may change.

For appointment changes, cancellations or questions about consultation fees, contact the clinic directly. The website booking form does not collect payments.

Teleconsultations

Where a teleconsultation is offered, the clinician will assess whether remote care is suitable and may recommend an in-person consultation. Identity, relevant clinical information and consultation consent may need to be confirmed before proceeding.

A website request or a message sent on WhatsApp does not guarantee an immediate clinical response, prescription or completed consultation.

Urgent care

The website, booking form, email and WhatsApp channels are not emergency services. If you need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a website enquiry response.
